Workflow Access Group Assignment Report

This report provides a list view displaying data grants of users and groups to workflow model stages.

Caution:

Models using the same label will not be distinguishable from each other in the Workflow Access Group Assignment Report.

To run the report:

1. From Oracle Data Relationship Management Analytics, select Reports, and then select Workflow Access Group Assignment Report.
2. Click the filter bar and set filter options:

   • Model––Select All or click , select models, and then click OK.

   • Stage––Select All or select stages.

   • Users––Select All or click , select users, and then click OK.

3. Click Apply.

   Tip:

   Click to save the current filter settings, reset to default saved filter settings, or clear the current filter selections.

4. Set how you want to view the list: by Model or User.
5. Optional: Click to export the report to .XLS format.
