Unlocking Data

To unlock data, you must be assigned the Unlock Data security role.

To unlock data:

1. From a data grid, select the cell for which to unlock data.
2. Right-click and select Unlock.

When you unlock data, you only need to select the Top parent entity, because the system unlocks recursively across the Entity and Value dimensions.
