Saving Reports

When you save a report, you can specify a destination folder and security and privacy options. If you previously saved the report, from the Save As dialog box, you can specify a different location, security, or privacy options.

The report name can contain a maximum of 20 characters. Do not use double quotation marks (““) or an equal sign (=) in the report name.

To save a report:

  1. Open the report to save.
  2. Click Save or Save As, and enter the information for the report.
  3. Click Save.
