Starting and Stopping Oracle HTTP Server

If you are using Oracle HTTP Server as your web server, start Node Manager and Oracle HTTP Server. Oracle HTTP Server is managed and monitored with Node Manager.

To start Node Manager and Oracle HTTP Server:

  1. Start the Node Manager service from the Windows Services panel: Oracle Weblogic ohs NodeManager (C_Oracle_MIDDLE~1_ohs_server)
  2. Start Oracle HTTP Server from the command line. From EPM_ORACLE_INSTANCE\httpConfig\ohs\bin, launch startComponent ohs_component.
  3. Enter the WebLogic Admin Server password.

Note:

Stop the Node Manager from the Windows Services panel: Oracle Weblogic ohs NodeManager (C_Oracle_MIDDLE~1_ohs_server). Stop Oracle HTTP Server from the command line. From EPM_ORACLE_INSTANCE\httpConfig\ohs\bin, launch stopComponent ohs_component.
