Search for Equipment Work Orders

Search for or add equipment work orders.

Add Work Order

Click Add on the Search for Equipment Work Orders form to create a work order.

After you add work order information and click OK, the system displays the Status Change form (W17714C) if a processing option is set appropriately.

Enter work orders using the Planning Workbench.

Click Save and Continue on the Add Work Order form to continue with the work order and make additional changes or start to add the parts and labor.

Click Save and Exit on the Add Work Order form to save the work order and return to the Search for Equipment Work Orders form. Select a work order and click Select on the Search for Equipment Work Orders form to view or revise work order information.

Click Save and Add New on the Add Work Order form to save the work order and remain on the form to enter another work order.

Enter, view, or revise work orders.

Select the Planning, Order Detail, Classification, Accounting, or Attachment tab to enter the relevant information.

Maintain or view the work order information as enabled by these links:

  • Work Order

  • Customer

  • Equipment

Review or revise parts detail for work orders.

Work Order Labor - Manage [work order description]

Select the Labor tab on the Work Order - Manage [work order description] form.

Review or revise labor detail for work orders.

Review, revise, or assign solutions for work orders.

Note: These solution items are applicable only if you are using Solution Advisor. Otherwise, access is not available.

Find frequently used solutions for work orders and assign a solution to a work order if applicable.

Search for similar solutions for work orders.
