Understanding the Staff Utilization Chart

You can use the Staff Utilization Chart program (P48002X) to view a chart of scheduled and available crews, crafts, and resources by using From Date and To Date range. The chart is based on data from the Resource Assignment table (F48311).

Note: To access the JET version of the staff utilization program, you must have Tools Release 9.2.5.4 or higher installed.

You can use this chart to:

  • View all the scheduled and available crews, crafts, and resources for both maintenance and service orders.

  • Reschedule staff assignments.

The staff utilization chart displays colored bars for the scheduled and available resources for the time period specified. Availability appears in green bars and scheduled staff appear in blue bars. If resources are overscheduled, the overutilization is shown in a red bar. The number of hours available, scheduled, or overscheduled is indicated by numbers on the bars.
