Accessing Property Management Programs from the Map

After you locate the property whose information you want to view, from the Form or Row exit, you can select any of the following options to move to the related program. Processing options determine which version of a program the system launches.

• Work with Leases

  This option opens the Lease Information (P1501) program.

• Log Detail Critical Dates

  This option opens the Critical Date Inquiry (P15204) program.

• Rent Roll Enquiry

  This option opens the Tenant Rent Roll Inquiry (P154210) program.

• Expiring Leases Enquiry

  This option opens the Expiring Leases Inquiry program (P154030).

• Work with Property/Buildings

  This option opens the Property/Building and Business Unit Category Codes program (P15062).

• Log Details

  This option opens the Log Details form in the Property/Building Information program.

• Work with Floor Information

  This option opens the Work with Floor Information form in the Property/Building Information program.

• Attribute Revisions

  This option opens the Building Attributes form in the Property/Building Information program.

• Work with Address Book

  This option opens the Address Book Revisions program (P01012).
