Accessing Property Management Programs from the Map

After you locate the property whose information you want to view, you can right-click the building marker on the map to display a list of the programs that you can access from the map. Processing options determine which version of the programs the system launches when you select an option from the list. The options in the list are:

• Leases

  This option opens the Lease Information (P1501) program.

• Log Detail Critical Dates

  This option opens the Critical Date Inquiry (P15204) program.

• Rent Roll

  This option opens the Tenant Rent Roll Inquiry (P154210) program.

• Expiring Leases

  This option opens the Expiring Leases Inquiry program (P154030).

• Building Information

  This option opens the Property/Building Information program (P154210).

• Log Details

  This option opens the Log Details form in the Property/Building Information program.

• Category Codes

  This option opens the Business Unit Category Codes form in the Property/Building Information program.

• Floor Information

  This option opens the Work with Floor Information form in the Property/Building Information program.

• Building Attributes

  This option opens the Building Attributes form in the Property/Building Information program.

• Address Book

  This option opens the Address Book Revisions program (P01012).
