Review and select receipt records.

On the Work With Customer Receipts Inquiry form, click Add or select an unapplied receipt.

Access the menus to enter standalone records.

Create Standalone Transaction

On the RE Receipts Entry form, complete the header portion and select one of these options from the Form menu: Standalone Write-Off, Standalone Chargeback, or Standalone Deduction.

  • Enter standalone write-offs.

  • Enter standalone chargebacks.

  • Enter standalone deductions.
