Understanding Adjustment Factors

You can define adjustment factors at three levels. If you do not define the adjustment factor at a specific level or if it is not within the desired date range, the system checks the next level in the hierarchy:

1. Lease level.

2. Account override level.

3. Class level.

The following tables list the enabled and required fields on the Expense Participation Adjustments form, depending on the combination of values in the Adjustment Level and Adjustment Type fields:

The value Y indicates that the field is enabled.

The value Y* indicates that the field is required.

The value NA indicates that a value in not applicable.
