Manage Jobs Page
The Manage Jobs page (P51001X|W51001XE) enables users to:
Receive alerts for jobs and job logs.
Analyze jobs by specified criteria, such as type of work and region.
Easily access tasks related to jobs, such as revising jobs and budgets.
To access the UX One Manage Jobs page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Project Manager role. When you log in with this role, the system automatically displays the Project Execution page. Click the Manage Jobs task on the springboard to access the Mange Jobs page.

Watchlist Alerts
These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

Open Jobs |
This alert tells users how many jobs (business unit type = JB) exist for the search criteria that you specify. This alert is based on the Job Cost Master Revisions program (P51006). When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Job Master form. The following form layouts are available:

Jobs Planned to Start |
This alert tells users how many jobs are planned to start in the time frame that you specify. This watchlist is based on the Job Cost Master Revisions (P51006) program. When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Job Master form. |
Jobs Planned to Complete |
This alert tells users how many jobs are planned to be completed in the next 60 days. When you click the alert, the system displays the Work with Job Master form. This watchlist is based on the Job Cost Master Revisions (P51006) program. The following form layouts are available:

Job Logs Soon to Expire |
This alert tells users about the number of job logs that are about to expire. This alert is based on the Logs Entry program (P4305, version ZJDE0004). When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Logs form. |
Expired Job Logs |
This alert tells users about the number of job logs that have expired. This alert is based on the Logs Entry program (P4305, version ZJDE0004). When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Logs form. |
Project Logs Soon to Expire |
This alert tells users about the number of project logs that are about to expire. This alert is based on the Logs Entry program (P4305, version ZJDE0003). When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Logs form. |

Charts
These charts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the charts are set up to render using queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements.

Jobs by Region (P51006X1|W51006X1B) |
Use this chart to review the percentage of jobs by region. The regions are the values in Category Code 002 in the Job Cost Master Revisions program. This chart is based on the Job Cost Master Revisions program (P51006, version ZJDE0014). |
