UX One: Project Execution Page

The Project Execution page (P51001X|W51001XA) enables users to:

  • Receive alerts regarding aspects that affect the financial performance of projects.

  • Analyze the overall financial health of a project.

  • Easily access all aspects of a job throughout the entire project lifecycle.

To access the UX One Project Execution page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Project Manager role.

Watchlist Alerts

These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

Description

Equipment Down

This alert tells users about the number of pieces of equipment that are currently non-functional.

This alert is based on the Work with Equipment Master program (P1701, version ZJDE0002).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work with Equipment Master form. The following form layout is available:

  • Equipment Status History

Pending Voucher Batches

This alert tells users about the number of voucher batches pending approval.

This alert is based on the Work With Batches program (P0011, version ZJDE0002).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Batches form. The following form layout is available:

  • Batch Journal Review

The following grid format is available:

  • Simple

Approved Voucher Batches

This alert tells users about the number of voucher batches that are approved.

This alert is based on the Work With Batches program (P0011, version ZJDE0002).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Batches form. The following form layout is available:

  • Batch Journal Review

The following grid format is available:

  • Simple

Voucher Batches in Error

This alert tells users about the number of voucher batches that have encountered an error.

This alert is based on the Work With Batches program (P0011, version ZJDE0002).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Batches form. The following form layout is available:

  • Batch Journal Review

Contractor Logs Soon to Expire

This alert tells users about the number of contractor logs that are about to expire.

This alert is based on the Logs Entry program (P4305, version ZJDE0002).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Logs form.

Job Logs Soon to Expire

This alert tells users about the number of job logs that are about to expire.

This alert is based on the Logs Entry program (P4305, version ZJDE0004).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Logs form.

Expired Job Logs

This alert tells users about the number of job logs that have expired.

This alert is based on the Logs Entry program (P4305, version ZJDE0004).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Logs form.

Project Logs Soon to Expire

This alert tells users about the number of project logs that are about to expire.

This alert is based on the Logs Entry program (P4305, version ZJDE0003).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Logs form.

Expired Project Logs

This alert tells users about the number of project logs that have expired.

This alert is based on the Logs Entry program (P4305, version ZJDE0003).

Urgent Pending Change Requests

This alert tells users about the number of urgent change requests that are pending.

This alert is based on the Change Request Entry program (P5310, version ZJDE0002).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Change Requests form. The following form layout is available:

This alert tells users how many change requests are pending (status = P).

This alert is based on the Change Request Entry program (P5310).

These charts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the charts are set up to render using queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. Use this chart to review the percent completion of selected jobs. The jobs are displayed in descending order by percent complete.

This chart is based on the Job Cost Master Revisions program (P51006, version ZJDE0014).

Average Days At and Not At Status by (P13400X|W13400XA)

Use this chart to view the number of days that products have been at or not at a specified status.

This chart is based on the One View Equipment Status Inquiry program (P13400).

You can use the drop-down menu on the top of the chart to change the data that the system displays. You can select from these options:

  • Equipment

  • Manufacturer

  • Product Family

Open vs. Gross Amounts by Supplier (P04220X|W04220XA)

Use this chart to review the open and gross amounts of the suppliers for a specific job (business unit). The amounts are displayed in descending order by open amount.

This chart is based on the A/P Inquiry by Job program (P04220).

Open vs. Gross Amounts by Supplier (P04220X|W04220XA)

Use this chart to review the open and gross amounts by various suppliers across jobs with job type = "JB". The amounts are displayed in descending order by open amount.

Change Orders

Use this task to access the Change Orders page. This page enables you to review and act upon change orders, including new and pending change orders, revenues and costs for change orders, and subcontracts and status for change orders.
