Refreshing Chart Data (Release 9.2 Update)
When you enable the AIS Server to cache responses of service requests, the data on the charts on a UX One page is retrieved from the cache. The data is retrieved from the cache every time the page or the charts are refreshed until the time interval specified in your AIS configuration settings lapses. After the specified time interval lapses, the system retrieves the data from the database if you refresh the chart data. For example, if you enable AIS caching and set the Read Cache Time To Live (Milliseconds) field value as 180000 milliseconds on the AIS Server, and if you navigate away from a UX One chart and then return to the chart, or change the query for the chart, the system retrieves the chart data from the cache until 180000 milliseconds lapse. Additionally, you can view the date and time when the data was last updated and retrieved from the database, and the refresh interval.
You can click the Refresh icon, displayed on the bottom left of the component frame of each chart, to refresh the chart data by retrieving the data from the database (and not from the cache).
