Understanding the Field Service Manager UX One Role

The Field Service Manager role, and the associated UX One pages and components, enable users to receive important alerts, analyze data, and act on the information they see. The pages provide alerts regarding overdue work orders and preventive maintenance records, and also alert users when there are outstanding service alerts.

Additionally, users can view charts to help them analyze cost, schedule, performance and workload data for their service team. Lastly, the pages provide field service managers with easy access to the programs that they need to act on the information they see on the pages.
