UX One: Cellar Manager Resources Page

The Cellar Manager Resources page (P31B002X|W31B002XC) enables users to:

  • Receive alerts regarding additive operations, additive quantity, operations without EUR, and operations with equipment.

  • Analyze consumable items approaching reorder point, additives to tanks, EUR history, and equipment usage.

  • Act quickly by easily accessing the Blend Management programs.

To access the UX One Cellar Manager Resources page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Wine Cellar Manager role. When you log in with this role, the system automatically displays the Wine Cellar Manager page. Click the Cellar Manager Resources task on the springboard to access the Cellar Manager Resources page.

Watchlist Alerts

These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

Additive Operations

This alert tells users the number of additive operations that are in active, actual, or closed status, and are within the actual start date range specified in the advanced query.

This alert is based on the Operation Additives Inquiry - Operation Additives Inquiry program (P31B99).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Operation Additives Inquiry form. The following form layout is available:

  • Consumables Inquiry Operation (Release 9.2 Update)

The following grid format is available:

  • Basic

Additive Quantity Over 10

This alert tells users the number of additive operations for which the total quantity is more than 10 units.

This alert is based on the Operation Additives Inquiry - Operation Additives Inquiry program (P31B99).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Operation Additives Inquiry form. The following form layout is available:

  • Consumables Inquiry Operation (Release 9.2 Update)

The following grid format is available:

  • Basic

Operations without EUR

This alert tells users the number of blend operations without an End-Use Reservation (EUR).

This alert is based on the Blend Transactions Inquiry - Blend Transactions Inquiry program (P31B71).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Blend Transactions Inquiry form. The following grid format is available:

Operations With Equipment

This alert tells users the number of blend operations that use a piece of equipment.

This alert is based on the Equipment History Inquiry - Equipment History Inquiry program (P31B122).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Equipment History Inquiry form.

Charts

These charts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the charts are set up to render using queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements.

Use this chart to review the consumable items that are approaching the reorder point. The advanced query contains the list of consumables that are to be reported on. The report allows you to define a threshold that you consider to be the reorder point.

This chart is based on the F41021, F4102, and F0006 - Join business view (V41021UC).

Additives to Tanks (P31B99X|W31B99XC)

Use this chart to review the quantity of additives from operations on tanks. The operations can have a status of active, actual, or closed. The range of actual start dates is specified in the advanced query.

EUR History (P31B71X|W31B71XB)

Use this chart to review the quantities from closed operations of various EUR IDs.

This chart is based on the Blend Transactions Inquiry - Blend Transactions Inquiry program (P31B71).

Equipment Usage Count (P31B122X|W31B122XA)

Use this chart to review the number of times a piece of equipment is used.

This chart is based on the Equipment History Inquiry - Equipment History Inquiry program (P31B122).
