UX One: Cellar Manager Exceptions Page
The Cellar Manager Exceptions page (P31B002X|W31B002XB) enables users to:
Receive alerts regarding overdue operations, operations in error, failed blend tests, and operational or survey losses.
Analyze test results, End-Use Reservation (EUR) changes, operational gains and losses, and survey gains and losses.
Act quickly by easily accessing the Blend Management programs.
To access the UX One Cellar Manager Exceptions page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Wine Cellar Manager role. When you log in with this role, the system automatically displays the Wine Cellar Manager page. Click the Cellar Manager Exceptions task on the springboard to access the Cellar Manager Exceptions page.

Watchlist Alerts
These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

This alert tells users the number of operations that are in active or actual status, but have an instructed start date that is several days in the past. This alert is based on the Operation Search - Search For Operations program (P31B94). When you click the alert, the system displays the Search For Operations form. |
Operations in Error |
This alert tells users the number of operations that are in error status. This alert is based on the Operation Search - Search For Operations program (P31B94). When you click the alert, the system displays the Search For Operations form. |
Operations in Warning |
This alert tells users the number of operations that are in warning status due to an error in another operation. This alert is based on the Operation Search - Search For Operations program (P31B94). When you click the alert, the system displays the Search For Operations form. |
Failed Blend Tests |
This alert tells users the number of operations with results that failed the test. This alert is based on the Test Results Inquiry - Test Results Analysis program (P37902). When you click the alert, the system displays the Test Results Inquiry form. |
Survey Loss Over 100 |
This alert tells users the number of operations for which there is a survey loss greater than 100 units. This alert is based on the Survey Gains Losses - Survey Gains Losses Inquiry program (P31B82). When you click the alert, the system displays the Survey Gains Losses Inquiry form. |
Operation Loss Over 100 |
This alert tells users the number of operations for which there is an operational loss greater than 100 units. This alert is based on the Operational Gains Losses - Operational Gains Losses Inquiry program (P31B83). When you click the alert, the system displays the Operational Gains Losses Inquiry form. |

Charts

Use this chart to review either the quantities or the average of survey gain or loss on operations. Operations with no survey gain or loss are not included in the calculation. This chart is based on the Survey Gains Losses - Survey Gains Losses Inquiry program (P31B82). Additionally, you can use the drop-down menu on the top of the chart to change the data that the system displays. You can select:
