UX One: Field Manager Guidance Page

The Field Manager Guidance page (P40G004X|W40G004XC) enables users to:

Receive alerts about blocks of land for which frozen estimates are under 1000 units, and about nonconforming test results and weigh tags from quarantined harvests.
Analyze crop estimate trends, test results of crops, and weigh tags from quarantined harvests.
Act quickly by easily accessing the Grower Management programs.

To access the UX One Field Manager Guidance page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Field Manager role. When you log in with this role, the system automatically displays the Field Manager page. Click the Field Manager Guidance task on the springboard to access the Field Manager Guidance page.

Watchlist Alerts

These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

Estimates under 1000	This alert tells users the number of blocks of land for which the frozen estimate is less than 1000 units. This alert is based on the Frozen Estimates Inquiry - Frozen Estimates Inquiry program (P40G22). When you click the alert, the system displays the Frozen Estimates Inquiry form. The following form layout is available: Grower Harvest Details The following grid formats are available: Basic Simple
Nonconforming Test Results	This alert tells users the number of crops from a business unit that failed a quality test. This alert is based on the Test Results Inquiry - Test Results Analysis program (P37902). When you click the alert, the system displays the Test Results Inquiry form. Weigh Tags from Quarantine	This alert tells users the number of weigh tags received from quarantined harvests. Charts

These charts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the charts are set up to render using queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements.

Additionally, you can use the drop-down menu on the top of the chart to change the data that the system displays. You can select from these options: Block Name Appellation Supplier Number
Test Results (P37902X\|W37902XB)	Use this chart to review the test result values recorded for various dates. The advanced query restricts this chart to test results from one test ID. The test value for that test ID must be numeric. This chart is based on the Test Results Inquiry - Test Results Inquiry program (P37902).
Weigh Tags from Quarantine (P31B85JX\|W31B85JXB)	Use this chart to review the number of weigh tags received from the quarantined harvests. This chart is based on the Grower Weigh Tag Inquiry - Grower Weigh Tag Inquiry program (P31B86).
