UX One: Field Manager Harvest Planning Page

The Field Manager Harvest Planning page (P40G004X|W40G004XB) enables users to:

Receive alerts regarding crops that are maturing, crops that are not inspected, and crops whose last load has been received or not received.
Analyze estimated quantity of crops, planted area, and blocks of land based on their maturity date.
Analyze quantities received on weigh tags that are not flagged as the last load.
Act quickly by easily accessing the Grower Management programs.

To access the UX One Field Manager Harvest Planning page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Field Manager role. When you log in with this role, the system automatically displays the Field Manager page. Click the Field Manager Harvest Planning task on the springboard to access the Field Manager Harvest Planning page.

Watchlist Alerts

These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

Maturing Soon	This alert tells users the number of crops that will be maturing in the next few weeks. This alert is based on the Search for Harvests - Search for Grower Harvests program (P40G03). When you click the alert, the system displays the Search for Grower Harvests form.
Crop Not Inspected	This alert tells users the number of crops that are not inspected. This alert is based on the Grower Weigh Tag Inquiry - Grower Weigh Tag Inquiry program (P31B86). When you click the alert, the system displays the Grower Weigh Tag Inquiry form. The following form layouts are available: Weigh Tags Weigh Tag Operation Details (Release 9.2 Update) The following grid formats are available: Basic Simple
Not Last Load	This alert tells users the number of crops for which more than one truckload is yet to be received. This alert is based on the Grower Weigh Tag Inquiry - Grower Weigh Tag Inquiry program (P31B86). When you click the alert, the system displays the Grower Weigh Tag Inquiry form. Last Load	This alert tells users the number of crops for which the weigh tag of the final truckload is received.
