UX One: Fulfillment Manager Page

The Fulfillment Manager page (P42W001X|W42W001XA) enables users to:

  • Receive alerts regarding order lines in fulfillment and unfulfilled lines.

  • Analyze unfulfilled items based on open orders, order score, promised delivery dates, and past dues.

  • Act quickly by easily accessing the fulfillment management programs.

To access the UX One Fulfillment Manager page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Fulfillment Manager role.

Watchlist Alerts

These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

Description

Order Lines in Fulfillment

This alert tells users about the number of order lines that are in fulfillment.

This alert is based on the Fulfillment Workbench - Search program (P4277701, version ZJDE0002).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Fulfillment Workbench - Search form.

The following grid format is available:

  • Basic

Unfulfilled Lines Due in Future

This alert tells users about the number of unfulfilled lines that are due in the next 7 days.

This alert is based on the Fulfillment Workbench - Search program (P4277701, version ZJDE0002).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Fulfillment Workbench - Search.

The following grid format is available:

  • Basic

Past Due Unfulfilled Lines

This alert tells users about the number of unfulfilled lines that were due in the past 7 days.

This alert is based on the Fulfillment Workbench - Search program (P4277701, version ZJDE0002).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Fulfillment Workbench - Search.

The following grid format is available:
