UX One: Fulfillment Manager - SLR Page

The Fulfillment Manager - SLR page (P42W001X|W42W001XB) enables users to:

  • Receive alerts regarding order lines and orders that have met service level rules.

  • Analyze order lines that do not meet service level rules, SLR overrides, releases by customer, and shipments in fulfillment.

  • Act quickly by easily accessing the fulfillment management programs.

To access the UX One Fulfillment Manager - SLR page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Fulfillment Manager role. When you log in with this role, the system automatically displays the Fulfillment Manager page. Click the Fulfillment Manager - SLR task on the springboard to access the Fulfillment Manager - SLR page.

Watchlist Alerts

These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

This alert tells users about the number of order service level rules that were not met in the last 7 days.

This alert is based on the Fulfillment Workbench - Search program (P4277701, version ZJDE0004).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Fulfillment Workbench - Search form.

This alert tells users about the number of line service level rules that were not met in the last 7 days.

Use this chart to review the quantity shipped against the quantity cancelled during fulfillment, by customer.

Percentage of SLR Override by Customer (P427770X|W427770XF)

Use this chart to review the percentage of service level rules that were overridden, by customer, for order lines.

This chart is based on the Fulfillment Workbench - Search program (P4277701).

Average Number of Releases by Customer (P427770X|W427770XI)

Use this chart to review the average number of releases, by customer.

The system uses this formula to calculate the average number o releases:

Average count for each customer = Total Count/Total Orders

The Total Count and Total Orders are calculated for order by customer for which the fulfillment status is 'Released'.

Use this chart to review the percentage of service level rules that were overridden, by reason code.
