UX One: Requisition Manager Approval Page

The Requisition Manager Approval page (P43E001X|W43E001XA) enables you to:

  • Receive notification alerts for requisitions that you are assigned to.

    For example, you can view an alert for the number of open requisitions that are pending your approval.

  • Analyze requisition data.

    For example, you can use the requisition data to understand the purchasing and spend policies of employees.

  • Access programs to quickly act on the requisition information that is displayed on the page.

    You can review requisitions that you are assigned to and take action, if necessary. These include requisitions that are pending your approval, requisitions that exceed the budget, requisitions for high-priority items or special requests.

To access the UX One Requisition Manager Approval page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Requisition Manager role.

Watchlist Alerts

These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

Description

Open Approvals

This alert tells you how many requisitions are open and pending your approval.

This alert is based on the One View Requisition Self Service Inquiry program (P43267).

When you click the alert, the system displays the One View Requisition Self Service Inquiry form.

Note: Ensure that you set the following criterion in the query that you use for this watchlist alert:

  • Resource [F98866] = <Your address book number>

Over Budget Requisitions

This alert tells you how many requisitions exceed the budget.

This alert is based on the Requisition Order Detail Inquiry program (P43E11C).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Requisition Order Detail Inquiry form.

The following grid format is available:

  • Over Budget Requisitions

High Priority Requisitions

This alert tells you how many requisitions have been entered for high-priority items.

This alert is based on the Requisition Order Detail Inquiry program (P43E11C).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Requisition Order Detail Inquiry form.

The following grid format is available:

  • High Priority Requisitions

Special Request Requisitions

This alerts tells you how many requisitions that are marked as special requests are pending approval.

This alert is based on the Requisition Order Detail Inquiry program (P43E11C).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Requisition Order Detail Inquiry form.

Charts

These charts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the charts are set up to render using queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements.

This chart is based on the Process Instance Left Outer Join - F98860, F98865, F98866 business view (V98860D).

Note: To view the requisitions awaiting your approval, the query for this chart must contain the following criteria:

  • Resource [F98866] = <Your address book number>

  • Instance Originator [F98860] != <Your address book number>

Over-Budget Requisitions (P43E15X|W43E15XC)

Use this chart to view the requisitions that exceed the budget.

This chart is based on the Requisition Order Detail Inquiry program (P43E11C).

High-Priority Requisitions (P43E15X|W43E15XB)

Use this chart to view the number of employee requisition orders entered for high-priority items.

This chart is based on the Requisition Order Detail Inquiry program (P43E11C).

Special Request Requisitions (P43E15X|W43E15XA)

Use this chart to view the employee requisitions that are marked as special requests.
