UX One: Requisition Manager Delegation Page

You use the Requisition Manager Delegation page (P43E001X|W43E001XB) to:

  • Receive notification alerts for requisitions that have been open for a period of time and requisitions that exceed the threshold amount.

  • View information about the open requisition orders.

  • Access applications to review requisitions and delegation records.

To access the UX One Requisition Manager Delegation page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Requisition Manager role. When you log in with this role, the system automatically displays the Requisition Manager Approval page. Click the Requisition Manager Delegation task on the springboard to access the Requisition Manager Delegation page.

Watchlist Alerts

These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

Open Requisition Lines

This alert tells users how many requisitions are open for a period of time.

This alert is based on the One View Requisition Self Service Inquiry program (P43267).

When you click the alert, the system displays the One View Requisition Self Service Inquiry form.

Requisitions above Threshold Amount

This alert tells users how many requisitions exceed the threshold amount.

This alert is based on the One View Requisition Self Service Inquiry program (P43267).

When you click the alert, the system displays the One View Requisition Self Service Inquiry form.

Charts

These charts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the charts are set up to render using queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements.
