UX One: Winemaker Operations Page

The Winemaker Operations page (P31B001X|W31B001XA) enables users to:

Receive alerts regarding the operations in error, open and closed crush, additive operations, and operations that use consumables.
Analyze crushed quantities, test results, additive operations, and operations that use consumables.
Act quickly by easily accessing the Blend Management programs.

To access the UX One Winemaker Operations page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Winemaker role.

Watchlist Alerts

These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

This table lists and describes the watchlist alerts that are available on the Winemaker Operations page:

Watchlist Alert	Description
Operations in Error	This alert tells users the number of operations that are in error status. This alert is based on the Operation Search - Search For Operations program (P31B94). When you click the alert, the system displays the Search For Operations form.
Operations in Warning	This alert tells users the number of operations that are in warning status due to an error in another operation. This alert is based on the Operation Search - Search For Operations program (P31B94). When you click the alert, the system displays the Search For Operations form.
Open Crush	This alert tells users the number of crush operations that are in active status. This alert is based on the Operation Search - Search For Operations program (P31B94). When you click the alert, the system displays the Search For Operations form.
Closed Crush	This alert tells users the number of crush operations that are in closed status, and within the actual start date specified in the advanced query. This alert is based on the Operation Search - Search For Operations program (P31B94). When you click the alert, the system displays the Search For Operations form.
Additive Operations	This alert tells users the number of additive operations that are in active or closed status, and within the actual start date specified in the advanced query. This alert is based on the Operation Additives Inquiry - Operation Additives Inquiry program (P31B99). When you click the alert, the system displays the Operation Additives Inquiry form. The following form layout is available: Consumables Inquiry Operation (Release 9.2 Update) The following grid format is available: Basic
Consumables	This alert tells users the number of operations that use consumables, and are within the actual start date specified in the advanced query. This alert is based on the Consumables Inquiry - Consumables Inquiry program (P31B100). When you click the alert, the system displays the Consumables Inquiry form. The following grid formats are available: Basic Simple

Charts

These charts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the charts are set up to render using queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements.

This table lists and describes the charts that are available on the Winemaker Operations page:

Component Title	Description
Crushed Quantities (P31B94X\|W31B94XA)	Use this chart to review the quantity of grapes crushed based on the actual start date. The chart shows the quantity from the crush operation, along with operational and survey losses (or gains). This chart is based on the Operation Search - Search For Operations program (P31B94).
Test Results (P37902X\|W37902XB)	Use this chart to review test results based on the test dates. The advanced query restricts this chart to test results from one test ID. The test value for that test ID must be numeric. This chart is based on the Test Results Inquiry - Test Results Analysis program (P37902).
Additive Operations (P31B99X\|W31B99XA)	Use this chart to review additive operations by number of operations or quantity of the additives on the operations. This chart is based on the Operation Additives Inquiry - Operation Additives Inquiry program (P31B99). Additionally, you can use the drop-down menu on the top of the chart to change the data that the system displays. You can select from these options: Count Quantity
Consumables (P31B100X\|W31B100XA)	Use this chart to review the quantity of consumable items used on active operations. This chart is based on the Consumables Inquiry - Consumables Inquiry program (P31B100).

You use tasks to access EnterpriseOne programs and other UX One pages. These tasks are included in a springboard on the page.
