UX One: Winemaker Receipts Page

The Winemaker Receipts page (P31B001X|W31B001XB) enables users to:

  • Receive alerts regarding upcoming harvests, active and closed weigh tags, and open and closed BOL operations.

  • Analyze the estimated quantities, quantities received, and bill of lading quantities.

  • Act quickly by easily accessing the Blend Management programs.

To access the UX One Winemaker Receipts page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Winemaker role. When you log in with this role, the system automatically displays the Winemaker Operations page. Click the Winemaker Receipts task on the springboard to access the Winemaker Receipts page.

Watchlist Alerts

These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

Description

Upcoming Harvests

This alert tells users the number of harvests that have a planned maturity date within the date range specified in the advanced query.

This alert is based on the Harvest Workbench - Manage Harvests program (P40G032).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Manage Harvests form.

Active Weigh Tags

This alert tells users the number of weigh tag operations that are currently active.

This alert is based on the Operation Search - Search For Operations program (P31B94).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Search For Operations form.

Closed Weigh Tags

This alert tells users the number of weigh tag operations that are closed.

This alert is based on the Operation Search - Search For Operations program (P31B94).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Search For Operations form.

Open BOL

This alert tells users the number of Bill of Lading (BOL) operations that are currently open.

This alert is based on the BOL Inquiry - BOL Inquiry program (P31B97).

When you click the alert, the system displays the BOL Inquiry form. The following form layout is available:

  • BOL Details (Release 9.2 Update)

The following grid formats are available:

  • Basic

  • Simple

Closed BOL

This alert tells users the number of Bill of Lading (BOL) operations that are closed.

This alert is based on the BOL Inquiry - BOL Inquiry program (P31B97).

When you click the alert, the system displays the BOL Inquiry form. The following grid formats are available:

  • Basic

  • Simple

Charts

These charts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the charts are set up to render using queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements.

Use this chart to review the estimated quantity of produce that may be received based on the planned maturity date.

This chart is based on the Search for Harvests - Search for Grower Harvests program (P40G03).

Additionally, you can use the drop-down menu on the top of the chart to change the data that the system displays. You can select:

  • Variety

  • Appellation

  • Block Code

Quantities Received (P31B85X|W31B85XB)

Use this chart to review the quantity of produce received from various harvests.

This chart is based on the Weigh Tag Inquiry - Weigh Tag Inquiry program (P31B85).

Additionally, you can use the drop-down menu on the top of the chart to change the data that the system displays. You can select:

  • Harvest Name

  • Block Code

Quantities Received (P31B85X|W31B85XA)

Use this chart to review the quantity received for different varieties or End-use reservation (EUR).

This chart is based on the Weigh Tag Inquiry - Weigh Tag Inquiry program (P31B85).

Additionally, you can use the drop-down menu on the top of the chart to change the data that the system displays. You can select:

  • Variety

  • EUR

Bill of Lading Quantities (P31B97X|W31B97XA)

Use this chart to review the quantity received for Bill of Lading.

This chart is based on the BOL Inquiry - BOL Inquiry program (P31B97).

Additionally, you can use the drop-down menu on the top of the chart to change the data that the system displays. You can select:

  • Material Type

  • EUR

  • Supplier
