UX One: Winemaker Shipment/Bottling Page

The Winemaker Shipment/Bottling page (P31B001X|W31B001XC) enables users to:

  • Receive alerts regarding open and closed bottling operations and overdue removal operations.

  • Analyze bottled quantities and removed quantities.

  • Act quickly by easily accessing the Blend Management programs.

To access the UX One Winemaker Shipment/Bottling page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Winemaker role. When you log in with this role, the system automatically displays the Winemaker Operations page. Click the Winemaker Shipment/Bottling task on the springboard to access the Winemaker Shipment/Bottling page.

Watchlist Alerts

These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

This alert tells users the number of bottling operations that are currently open.

This alert is based on the Operation Search - Search For Operations program (P31B94).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Search For Operations form.

Closed Bottling Operations

This alert tells users the number of bottling operations that are closed, and within a date range specified in the advanced query.

This alert is based on the Operation Search - Search For Operations program (P31B94).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Search For Operations form.

Overdue Removals

This alert tells users the number of removal operations that are in active status, but have an instructed start date that is a few days earlier than the current date.

This alert is based on the Operation Search - Search For Operations program (P31B94).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Search For Operations form.
