Employer Contact AN8 Phone (07Y|EC)

Use this UDC to display the new fields on the EFW2 RE - Employer Record and EFW2C RCE - Employer Record. To ensure that the system displays the Employer Contact Name, Employer Contact Phone Number, Employer Contact Phone Extension, Employer Contact Fax Number, Employer Contact E-mail/Internet fields in the EFW2 RE - Employer Record and EFW2C RCE - Employer Record. Set these values:

• Code: Enter the 5-digit employer (company) number.

• Description 1: Enter the employer contact address number.

• Description 2: Enter the employer contact phone type.

  For example: For setting HOM, see UDC 01/PH for phone types. If you leave this field blank, the system uses the default phone type set in 01/PH.
