Employer Contact Email Fax (07Y/EF)
Use this UDC to display the new fields in the EFW2 RE - Employer Record and EFW2C RCE - Employer Record. To ensure that the system displays the Employer Contact Name, Employer Contact Phone Number, Employer Contact Phone Extension, Employer Contact Fax Number, Employer Contact E-mail/Internet fields in the EFW2 RE - Employer Record and EFW2C RCE - Employer Record, set these values:
Code: Enter the address number of the employer contact.
Description 1: Enter the employer contact e-mail type.
Example: For setting E, see UDC 01/ET for e-mail types.
Description 2: Enter the employer contact phone type used for fax.
Example: for setting Fax, see UDC 01/PH for FAX phone type. If there is no fax number, leave this field blank.
