Adding Web Page Templates for Creating Content

When you create a web page URL template, the template appears on the URL drop-down list in the Link Information section. The template then populates the name, description, and web page URL. The web page URL template is available to any authorized user for the enabled form.

You use the Media Object Queues (P98MOQUE) application to add web page templates. You can type P98MOQUE in the Fast Path or use this path to navigate to the Related Information applications:

Navigator > EnterpriseOne Menus > EnterpriseOne Life Cycle Tools > System Administration Tools > Media Object Administration > Media Object Queues

Note: If you cannot access the Media Object Queues (P98MOQUE) application, contact your EnterpriseOne administrator.

To add a web page URL template:

1. Access the P98MOQUE application.

2. Click Add.

3. Enter a short name for the web page URL template in the Queue Name field (for example, Map)

   This populates the URL field when you create new content using a web page template.

4. Enter the web page URL in the Queue Path On-Line field.

   This populates the URL field when you create new content using a web page template.

5. Enter a description for the URL in the Queue Path Off-Line field.

   This populates the Description field when you create new content using a web page template.

6. Enter 10 (RIAF URL Template) in the Type field.

   Note: If the value 10 (RIAF URL Template) is not available, you may need to add it to the H91/QT UDC table.

7. Click OK to save your record.
