Publishing Content

If you have permission to publish content, you can request that the personal layout that you created be shared with other authorized users by clicking the Request to Publish icon. After the layout is approved, it becomes a shared layout.

Assuming you have permission, you can perform the following actions on a shared layout:

• Modify a shared layout.

• Modify a layout that is rejected for publishing.

• Modify a layout that is pending approval.

• Add content by creating new content and saving it on the existing shared layout and request the layout be published or create a new personal layout and request the personal layout be published.

• Add content by reusing existing content and saving it on the existing shared layout and request the layout be published or create a new personal layout and then request the personal layout be published.

• View content details.

• Edit content.

Note: You cannot delete a shared layout.
