Sending a Message to Members of a Role
Open the Navigator drop-down menu, select Actions, and then select Work with Work Center.
On the Work with Work Center form, select New Message.
On Send Internal Mail, click the Search button in the "Send To Address Number / User / Role" field.
On Address Number / User / Role, select the Role option, and then click OK.
Highlight the row that contains the role that you want to use and then click Select.
