Processing

These processing options enable you to control how the system processes information.

1. Alert for Volume-Based Buying Recommendations within the Tolerance

Specify the tolerance percentage of the quantity that can be increased in the order line to search for the next quantity level break. If a volume-based buying recommendation is found, then a recommendation is displayed.

If you leave this processing option blank, the system does not display any recommendation. Valid values are:

Blank: No alert is displayed.

Enter tolerance percentage.

2. Send Notifications

Specify the processing option to send notifications when volume-based buying recommendations exist for the purchase order line. Valid values are:

Blank: No notifications.

1: Consolidated notification.

2: Purchase order level notification.

3. Print

Specify which purchase order lines appear on the volume-based buying recommendations report. Valid values are:

Blank: Show only lines with recommendations.

1: Show all selected lines.
