Setting Up UDCs for CRM Sales Applications

Access the Work With User Defined Codes form.

To set up UDCs for CRM Sales applications:

  1. Locate the UDC you want to review by completing the Product Code and User Defined Code fields.

  2. To search for a list of UDC tables in a specific product code, leave the User Defined Code field blank, and click Search.

    You can search on all of the CRM product codes to verify that all of the necessary values have been set up. Examples of CRM product codes include 90CB, 90CA, and 90CE.

  3. Review the existing values.

    If necessary, add additional values to the table to support organizational requirements.
