JD Edwards EnterpriseOne In-Memory Sales Advisor Business Processes

The following process flow illustrates the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne In-Memory Sales Advisor business processes:

Sales Advisor Process Flow

The standard sales order management process includes five basic steps:

  1. Enter sales orders.

  2. Print pick slips.

  3. Confirm shipments.

  4. Print invoices.

  5. Update and post sales.

During sales order entry, you can use the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne In-Memory Sales Advisor functionality to locate and display line up-sell opportunities, preferred items, cross sell items, frequency items, and order up-sell opportunities, to generate order profit displays, display fulfillment potential; and display supply and demand potential.

After you save the sales order, the system enters the order into the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Fulfillment Management system if you have set up this functionality.

We discuss the In-Memory Sales Advisor business processes in the associated business process chapters in this implementation guide.
