Prebuilt JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Workflow Process (Release 9.2 Update)

Orchestrator Studio Workflows provides you with a basic, prebuilt workflow process, APPRSAMPLE. This is a working example workflow that demonstrates an approval workflow process using the prebuilt key and additional data structures. See “Prebuilt Data Structures (Release 9.2 Update)” for details.

The APPRSAMPLE includes an Action Message and two Info Message tasks. The two Info Message tasks uses the transition conditions of IFAPPROVE and IFREJECT in case of approval or rejection of a request.

You can open APPRSAMPLE workflow and select the New Workflow option in Save As to create your own workflow and modify it to suit your requirements.

The system also provides a Workflow Glossary Message, LM0000, with a single parameter for the Message Description and 10 lines of parameters for the Message Glossary. You can use LM0000 to customize your email messages for the Action Message task.
