Prerequisite

Before printing T5018 return, ensure that you have built the T5018 Workfile table (F046141).

From a fat-client, you must complete these steps before using the T5018 XML Generation (R046151) for the first time:

1. Set the Start Date from XML Publisher Object Repository (P95600) from the Effective Dates option on the Row menu for the template TP046151.

2. Create a F983052 Version List Tag record and connect the batch version to the report definition from the Batch Versions program (P983051):

   1. Find the XJDE0001 version of T5018 XML Generation.

   2. Check out (Advanced row exit).

   3. Select a report definition (Version Detail row exit, form exit Report Definition, enter Report Definition).

   4. Check in (Advanced row exit)

From a web client, you must complete these steps before using the T5018 XML Generation for the first time:

• Complete the A/P Build T5018 Workfile (R04614).

• Once this workfile is built, launch the Write T5018 Media program (P04615) and select report medium as XML. This will launch the T5018 XML Generation report (R046151).

• From the Work With Submitted Jobs form, verify that the R046151 Submit Type is RD (Report Definition Submission).

• Select View RD Output from the Row menu and then select View Output from the Row menu.
