(Release 9.2 Update) Workflow

This processing option specifies whether to activate the workflow for voucher approval.

1. Voucher Approval Workflow

Use this processing option to activate the Voucher Approval Workflow (K0400047A). Values are:

Blank: Do not activate the workflow.

1: Activate the workflow.

Note: The specific version of Voucher Approval Workflow must be activated through the Object Management Workbench (OMW) or Orchestrator Studio.

2. Parent Number

Use this processing option to specify the address book number that serves as the parent node of the distribution list. A parent address book number is a placeholder and not a user. You must ensure that it is not set up to receive messages.

This address number must exist in the Address Book Master table (F0101).

3. Structure Type

Use this processing option to specify a valid structure type from UDC 01/TS. A structure type identifies a type of organizational structure that has its own hierarchy in the Address Book system (for example, email).
