The following field appears in the Source Specifications area of the form.
- Data Selection
Enter the version of the Select F0902 Source/Basis program (R09123B) to use to select source data from the F0006, F0901, and F0902 tables.
Note: Use the other fields after the Data Selection field in the same way as you do for account balance-based allocations.See Identification
On the Joint Venture section of the Source Specifications area of the form, the following fields are available:
- Data Selection
Enter the version of the Select F09J30 Source/Basis program (R09J30S) to use to select joint venture-specific source data from the data selected using the R09123B program.
The R09J30S program provides you joint venture-specific criteria for data selection from the F09J30 table. After you enter a value in this field, the system enables the Joint Venture Parent BU, JV Operational Status, BU Operational Status, and BU Inception Date fields. These fields allow you to enter additional filter criteria for the selected joint venture data.
- Joint Venture Parent BU
Enter the joint venture parent business unit number that the system uses to select the basis business units for processing joint venture based allocations. This field is enabled only when you enter a value in the Joint Venture Data Selection field.
- JV Operational Status
Enter the operational status of the source joint venture on the allocation period end date. The system selects the data associated with the joint ventures that have this operational status for processing allocations. This field is enabled only when you enter a value in the Joint Venture Data Selection field.
- BU Operational Status
Enter the operational status of the source business units on the allocation period end date. The system selects the data associated with the source business units that have this operational status for processing allocations. This field is enabled only when you enter a value in the Joint Venture Data Selection field.
- BU Inception Date
Enter the date that the system uses to select the source business units that have an inception date equal to or before this date for processing allocations. This field is enabled only when you enter a value in the Joint Venture Data Selection field.
The following field appears in the Basis Specifications area of the form.

Enter the version of the Select F0902 Source/Basis program (R09123B) to use to select basis data from the F0006, F0901, and F0902 tables.
On the Joint Venture section of the Basis Specifications area of the form, the following fields are available:
- Data Selection
Enter the version of the Select F09J30 Source/Basis program (R09J30S) to use to select joint venture-specific basis data from the data selected using the R09123B program. The R09J30S program provides you joint venture-specific criteria for data selection from the F09J30 table.
This is a required field. You must enter a value in this field to save the record. After you complete this field, you can enter additional filter criteria to filter the selected basis data using these fields: Joint Venture Parent BU, JV Operational Status, BU Operational Status, and BU Inception Date.
- Joint Venture Parent BU
Enter the joint venture parent business unit number that the system uses to select the basis business units for processing joint venture based allocations. This field is enabled only when you enter a value in the Joint Venture Data Selection field.
- JV Operational Status
Enter the operational status of the basis joint venture on the allocation period end date. The system selects the data associated with the joint ventures that have this operational status for processing allocations.
- BU Operational Status
Enter the operational status of the basis business units on the allocation period end date. The system selects the data associated with the basis business units that have this operational status for processing allocations.
- BU Inception Date
Enter the date that the system uses to select the source business units that have an inception date equal to or before this date for processing allocations.
The Destination tab for joint venture-based allocations includes the same fields available in the Destination tab for account balance-based allocations.
