Revising Incident User Defined Data

  1. Using one of these methods, access the Incident User Defined Data Revisions form. From the Daily Processing menu (G54HS10):

    • Select Incident User Defined Data. On the Work With Incident User Defined Data form, search for and select the record you want to update. You can select a record by clicking the Incident Number hyperlink, or by clicking the Select button.

    • Select Incident Master. On the Manage Incidents form, search for and select the incident you want to update, and then click the User Defined Data button above the grid.

    • From the Incident Master, select an incident. On the Edit Incident form, select User Defined Data from the Form menu.

  2. On the Incident User Defined Data Revisions form, expand each of the three group box sections to view the available fields.

  3. Revise all necessary fields, and then click OK.
