Form Used to Create Employee Career Development Plans

Goal Action Plans	W05117B	Manager Self Service (G05BMSS1), Current Performance Appraisals On the Supervisor Work With Performance Appraisals form, select an employee for whom a current, traditional appraisal exists, and then click Select. On the Traditional Performance Appraisal Revision form, select the Create a Career Development Plan link at the bottom of the form. On the Goal Action Plans form, to move the current goal action suggestion to the Actions list, click the arrow. When the list of goal action suggestions is complete, click Submit to save, and then click Cancel to return to the appraisal form.	Create an employee career development plan.
