Prerequisites
Before you generate the electronic invoice:
Set up your system with standard information for Accounts Receivable.
Enter additional Address Book, Company, and Tax Rate/Area information.

Set up the Work With Additional Information for AR Program (P740005).

Set up your system to work with the electronic invoice functionality.

Set up legal documents.
Set up the email address of the company that should be populated during the XML file generation using the Work With Addresses Program (P01012).
Set the processing options for the Customer Ledger Inquiry Program (P03B2002).
Modify the invoice template based on the country-specific regulations.
Associate the credit notes with the original transactions to report your service transactions and amendments to the transactions using the Related Invoices for CN/DN Program (P7430016).
