Sections in the Report

The Intrastat Services Declaration report (R74Y020) includes the header and these two sections:

  • Section 3: This section of the report includes all the invoices and vouchers from the declaration for the current period.

  • Section 4: This section includes all invoices and vouchers from a previous declaration that are adjusted by a DN or a CN in the current period. This section displays both the original records and the changed records after the adjustment.

The program defines whether a document should be printed in section 3 or 4 of the report, depending on the nature of the document. For a document that has no adjustments in a later period, the program inserts the document information in section 3 in the report. A document that has adjustments in the same period that is being reported will also be included in section 3 showing the adjusted amount.

In the case of a DN or a CN that adjusts an original voucher or invoice from a previous period, the system inserts the original invoice amounts with the amounts adjusted in section 4 in the F74Y021 table and also records the adjustments in the F74Y022 table.
