Consolidated Income Statement Case Study Task: Accessing an Existing Layout (Optional)

You can access an existing layout that was created for the One View Financial Statements feature only by using the Manage Layout option on the Work with Statement Definition form.

To access an existing layout:

1. Access the Work with Statement Definitions form.

2. Enter the name of the statement definition for which you set up the existing layout, and click Find.

   For example, enter (initials) CONSINCMSTMT.

3. Select the statement definition name in the grid, and then select Manage Layouts from the Row menu.

4. Select a version in the Layout Version field, and then click Continue.

5. On the Layout tab, click the Edit Layout icon.

6. In the BI Publisher window, locate the layout that you want to access and click Edit.
