Consolidated Income Statement Case Study Task: Generate and Review the Consolidated Income Statement

To generate the consolidated income statement:

  1. From the One View Financial Statements menu (G0915), select One View Financial Statements Versions.

  2. On the Work with Statement Versions form, enter the name of your statement definition in the Statement Definition Name in the header area, and then click Find.

    For example, enter (initials) CONSINCSTMT.

  3. Select the SAMPLE0001 row in the grid, and select Run Statement from the Row menu.

  4. On the Select Statement Layout and Format form, verify that the value in the Layout Name field is (initials) Consolidated Income Statement and the value in the Output Format field is Portable Document Format, and then click Submit.

  5. On the Work with Statement Versions form, select Submitted Statements from the Form menu.

  6. On the Work with Submitted One View Financial Statements form, select the statement and then select View Statement from the Row men.

    The system opens your generated statement in a PDF format.

  7. Review the statement.
