Modifying Data Selection for Row and Column Definitions

The OVFS constants do not apply to data selection. No error or warning message is issued for changes to data selection.

To modify data selection for a row or column definitions:

1. Access the Revise Column Data Selection or Revise Row Data Selection form.

3. Modify the data selection on the Query Manager panel, and then click Save on the Query Manager panel.

4. Click Close on the Revise Column Data Selection or Revise Row Data Selection form.

5. Click Cancel on the Revise Column Definition or Revise Row Definition form.

   You can click Cancel on the revision forms because the data selection changes were saved when you clicked Save on the Query Manager form. If you click OK instead of Cancel, you might receive a warning or error message, depending on the settings on the OVFS constant. You can click Cancel to ignore the warning or error message and close the Revise Column Definition or Revise Row Definition form.
