Operation Search for Advanced Lot Trace/Track
Access the Operation Search for Advanced Lot Trace/Track (P31B350) program.
After retrieving the operations based on the search criteria that you define, you can perform the following actions:
Trace Back.
Track Forward.
You can search for lots to perform trace and track using the following criteria:
- Operation Number
Enter the operation number you want to search.
- Winery
Enter a unique identifier of the winery that you are searching.
- From Date
Enter the actual start date for the range of operations that you want to search.
- Thru Date
Enter the actual end date for the range of operations that you want to search.
- Vessel Number
Enter the vessel number. Depending on the type of configured operation, this is a tank number, weigh tag number, bill of lading number, bottling number, or VBT number.
- Vessel Class
Enter the vessel class to use as the search criteria. Examples of vessel classes are weigh tags, tanks, and virtual barrel tanks.
- Additive Item
Enter a number that identifies the additive.
- Additive Lot
Enter the additive lot that you want to search.
- Consumable Item
Enter the item number for consumable.
- Consumable Lot
Enter the consumable lot that you want to search.
You must specify the Winery while searching with Vessel Number.
You can find the search criteria like Vessel Number, Vessel Class, Additive Item, Additive Lot, Consumable Item and Consumable Lot from their respective tabs.
From the Operation Search for Advanced Lot Trace/Track program, you can:
View trace or track detail of the selected operation and vessel in the Advanced Lot Trace Detail form.
Print trace or track detail of the selected operation and vessel in PDF format.
Save trace or track detail of the selected operation and vessel in the Edit Trace/ Track Header form. The Save trace or track option does not appear if the trace or track report is already saved.
