Prerequisites

Before using Advanced Lot Track/Track Program, you must:

  • Set up the Summary Material Type UDC table (31B/SM) with a special handling code of 1 to mark vessels that use this material type as common vessels. Common Vessels are not traced or tracked further while building the Advance Lot Trace Track data.

  • Set up next numbers for tables Advanced Lot Trace Track Header (F31B350) and Advanced Lot Trace Track Detail (F31B360) in Next Number (P00022). This is required to generate next numbers for unique key ID and Process ID while building the Advance Lot Trace Track data.

  • Set up UDC 31B/L1, 31B/L2 ,31B/L3 for Advanced Lot Trace/Track Category Codes.
