Mode

This processing option controls whether the program is run in proof or final mode.

Mode

Specify whether the system runs the Engineering Change Population program (P30510) in proof or final mode. It is recommended that you first run this program in proof mode. The proof report lists all requested changes without actually changing any data. Review the report and then run the program in final mode to update the data in the Bill of Materials Change table (F3011). After you run this program in final mode, you cannot change the parts list and run the program again. Values are:

Blank: Proof mode.

1: Final mode.
