Prerequisites

Before you complete the tasks in this section:

  • Set the Bill of Material Revisions (P3002) processing option on the Version tab of the Style Item Master program (PCW51) to specify the version of the Bill of Material Revisions program for the Bill of Material for Style Items (PCW12B) program to use.

  • Set the Bill of Material Revisions (P3002) processing option on the Version tab of the Collection Item Master program (PCW54) to specify the version of the Bill of Material Revisions program for the Bill of Material for Style Items (PCW12B) program to use.

  • Set the Bill of Material Creation processing option on the Bill of Material tab of the Style Item Master program (PCW51) to specify whether the system creates bills of material on demand or by batch.

  • Set the Create BOM for Child Style Items (RCW53) processing option on the Version tab of the Style Item Master program if the Bill of Material Creation processing option on the Bill of Material tab of the Style Item Master program is set to 1.
