Back Order vs Order Fill Percentage By Business Unit

Use this chart to view, by business unit, the percentage of sales order quantity that moved into backorder status with the percentage of sales order quantity that was fulfilled.

This KPI measures how well each business unit fulfills sales order demand and helps identify stock availability issues and fulfillment gaps across business units.

Backorder Percentage = (quantity of sales orders which moved into backorder / total ordered quantity) × 100.

Order Fill Percentage = (quantity of sales orders which got fulfilled / total ordered quantity) × 100.

To set up the Backorder Percentage Goal, click the Menu Menu and select Backorder Percentage Goal.
