Understanding the EA Warehouse Picking Process

The warehouse picking process flow includes the following:

• Request Creation
• Request Cancelation
• Request Suggestion
• Partial Confirmation
• Request Closure

Tile	Tile Description	Associated Watchlist Title	Watchlist Description
Request Creation	Request Creation tile provides information about requests received in the warehouse.	Total Requests	Total Requests watchlist provides a count of pick requests to be processed in the warehouse.
		Requests Suggested	Requests Suggested watchlist provides a count of pick requests where the system has suggested a location from which to pick the item.
Request Cancelation	Request Cancelation tile provides information about the canceled requests.	Canceled Requests	Canceled Requests watchlist provides a count of canceled pick requests.
Request Suggestion	Request Suggestion tile provides information about the warehouse requests for which suggestions are generated.	Suggestions Created	Suggestions Created watchlist provides a count of pick requests at suggestion status 300 and 340. (Status 300 -Suggestion Created, Status 340 - Suggestion Printed respectively).
		Suggestions Assigned to Tasks	Suggestions Assigned to Tasks watchlist provides a count of suggestions where a Task and a Trip number has been assigned.
Partial Confirmation	Partial Confirmation tile represents warehouse suggestions that are partially fulfilled.
Request Closure	Request Closure tile represents the warehouse suggestions that have been fulfilled and closed.
